The global expansion firm's inaugural country-focused executive forum draws 70+ professionals to unpack the Brazil-US corridor, proving that going global is not a trend. It is the future.
MIAMI, FL — H&CO, the global professional services firm built on the belief that ambition should not stop at borders, successfully launched the first edition of its Espresso Across Borders executive forum series on March 25, 2026, in Miami, Florida. The Brazil Edition brought together more than 70 business leaders, investors, and cross-border professionals for a focused, high-value conversation on one of the most active corridors in global expansion today.
The message in the room was clear: Brazil is not a future opportunity. It is already happening.
Espresso Across Borders was designed to reflect exactly how H&CO works: no surface-level overviews, no generic market summaries. Just the kind of direct, expert-led dialogue that helps ambitious organizations build beyond borders with confidence. The Brazil Edition delivered on that promise from the first conversation to the last.
The evening centered on three themes that define what it actually takes to expand into and out of Brazil successfully:
Preparation determines the outcome. Brazil rewards those who get it right from day one. H&CO's experience across 30+ countries has made one thing consistently clear: the businesses that invest in proper preparation before they enter a market are the ones that scale. The ones that don't pay a significant price to course-correct.
Local expertise is the strategy. Having the right professionals on the ground is not a support function. It is a core component of any successful global expansion. The Brazil-US corridor is no exception. Knowing the regulatory environment, the business culture, and the right relationships changes everything.
Culture drives outcomes. Language, trust, and relationship capital are not soft skills. In cross-border business, they are the infrastructure. H&CO has always understood this. It is part of why the firm operates as one aligned global platform rather than a collection of regional offices.
The forum was further elevated by the participation of Renato Halt and Mauro Inagaki, both of whom traveled from São Paulo to join the Miami gathering. Their presence brought firsthand Brazilian market perspective to the room and reinforced the transatlantic commitment that defines H&CO's approach to global expansion.
With over 30 years of experience helping companies, investors, and families expand across borders, H&CO did not come to the Brazil Edition to talk theory. The firm came to put the right people in the room and have conversations that move business forward.
The next stop in the Espresso Across Borders series is Spain, continuing H&CO's commitment to building a global community of professionals who understand that going global is the way forward.
"Going global is not a trend. It is the future. Espresso Across Borders exists to make sure our clients, partners, and community are ready for it."
