Today, we are proud to introduce H&CO ELEVA, our global social impact platform and a new chapter in how we put that philosophy into practice.

Bringing ELEVA to Life

The launch of ELEVA begins with an initiative that embodies everything the platform stands for.

On November 4, H&CO will host A Night for FIU's Chapman Graduate School of Business, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, alumni, and community advocates in support of the next generation of business talent.

As the inaugural ELEVA initiative, the event has a goal of raising $50,000 in scholarship funding for Future Panthers pursuing graduate education through FIU's Chapman Graduate School of Business.

Every ticket purchased serves as a direct donation toward scholarships, and H&CO is proudly covering all event expenses so that contributions can have the greatest possible impact. This reflects the spirit of ELEVA: creating opportunities that help individuals unlock their potential and pursue new possibilities through education.

The evening will feature networking, meaningful conversations, and a shared commitment to investing in future business leaders. More importantly, it will mark the beginning of what we hope will become a long-term effort to expand educational opportunities and support talented students who are preparing to make their own impact on the world.

The Beginning of a Larger Commitment

While this event serves as the debut of ELEVA, it is only the beginning.

Through partnerships with schools, universities, nonprofit organizations, and community groups, H&CO will continue to develop initiatives focused on education, literacy, mentorship, volunteerism, and professional advancement. From scholarships and workshops to career readiness programs and employee volunteer opportunities, ELEVA will create avenues for our people to share their expertise in ways that generate lasting impact.
