Tickets for Art Basel

Tickets for the 2024 Art Basel Miami Beach exhibition are available exclusively online and cannot be purchased on-site. Only a limited number of tickets are sold each day.

There are several types of tickets offered by Art Basel. Below we detail the existing ones so you can enjoy a day of art to the fullest:

• First access ticket: this is an entry for one person, a day between December 6 and 8, 2024. This ticket gives you early access to the exhibition starting at 11:00 a.m. m. and allows you to be one of the first people to enter the fair. Its price is around USD 120.
• Day ticket: entry for one person, on one day between December 6 and 8, 2024, valid from 12:00 p.m. m. to 3:00 p.m. It costs USD 85.
• Reduced Day Ticket: Priced at USD 65, this ticket offers admission for students, Miami Beach residents, seniors, and veterans on one day between December 6-8, 2024.
• Children Ticket: This ticket grants admission for one child aged 12 or younger on one day between December 6 and 8, 2024. Entry times are available every hour from 12 noon to 4 PM until all slots are fully booked. The show closes at 6 PM. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult.

Premium Tickets

For the most passionate lovers of art, this gallery offers preferential ticket prices that include additional perks compared to regular tickets.

Premium Tickets include exclusive access to the Art Basel Vernissage on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m.; a three-day pass to the fair from December 6 to 8, 2024, including early admission to the fair starting at 11 a.m.; and complimentary access to select museums in South Florida.

Artists presented this year

• Jimena Croceri (Argentina), will present organic sculptures made of copper, bronze, and aluminum.
• Randolpho Lamonier (Brazil), who uses textiles to create tapestries that address violent realities and political messages.
• Terrence Musekiwa (Zimbabwe), is known for his sculptures that combine carved stone heads with found objects.
• Dina Danish (France), who works with textiles to represent widely broadcast political moments.

What happens if I buy one of the exhibited works for tax purposes?

Buying a piece of art at Art Basel can have tax implications based on several factors. Generally, if you purchase art as an investment, you may be liable for capital gains taxes when you sell it in the future.
